Project description

We aim to investigate the sensitivity/resistence of high-grade gliomas to radiation and chemotherapy (temozolomide) based on cell cultures and an in vivo tumour model in rodents. We herefore use functional imaging, namely positron emission tomography (PET), with 18F-fluoromethylcholine as a tracer. The information is od potential use in case of local tumour recurrence.
