Project description
Small Metabolite Affinity Purification (SMAP) aims to identify new small compounds with signaling and regulatory properties by developing a high through-put technology that allows the study of an unexplored level of complexity in plants, the interaction between metabolites and proteins. Affinity purification and chromatography techniques will be combined here to build-up a protocol to analyze the plant metabolite-protein interactome.
