Project description

Overexpression of components of the APC complex increases the growth of Arabidopsis. In this project the molecular and cellular basis of this phenotype will be detemrined. Kinematic analyses will be performed to determine effects on cell division and expansion, TAP-tagging will be performed to identify interacting proteins and microarrays will be used to study the changes in the transcriptome.
