Project description
For effective implementation of DSM, the research will discuss the ways to further develop two kinds of DSM mechanisms of RE—demand response (DR) schemes and the demand-side mechanisms for increasing RE use. A comparative analysis will be done in the legal problems concerning DSM and
relevant regulatory frameworks and court decisions in the EU and China.
