Project description

The project aims to advance the innovation research thanks by examining four research perspectives:
a) A multi-level approach in which the individual, team, organisational and supra-organisational aspects are taken into account.
b) Comprehensive investigation on the successful introduction of innovative work behaviour and innovative labour organisations linking theoretical insights directly with the practice field for application.
c) A systematic study of innovation interventions in order to go beyond correlational assumptions and conclusions towards innovative work behaviour and innovative labour organisations.
d) Multisector participant samples, since the perspective on innovation of this study is broader than technical innovation alone and should not be limited to R&D exclusively.
