Project description

We want to get mechanistic insight in the selective induction of target genes of an evolutionary conserved signaling pathway. It is remarkable that during embryogenesis such pathway induces different transcriptional responses in function of time and place. We want to explore the molecular basis of the spatio-temporal differential respons on such a signal using the modele organism Xenopus
