Project description

Hematopoietic stem cells will be transduced to express a T Cell Receptor. This receptor will be optained by immunizing against WT1 tumor antigen. The T cell receptor genes will be cloned from WT1 speciific T cells and subsequently used for transduction of the stem cells. Stem cells will be differentiated in vitro to T cells and functionality will be assayed in an in vivo animal model
