Project description
Situational Judgment tests (SJTs) with behavioral tendency instructions have emerged as versatile selection approaches that combine adequate predictive validity with low subgroup differences. However, a key disadvantage is that they are prone to distortion. Hence, this study aims to reduce response distortion and thus ensure predictive validity by developing and testing an option feature model based on the SJT response process theory.
