Project description
Are differences in treatment between person with temporary and international protection with regards to access to social rights (i.e. education, employment and housing) in Belgium in line with the principle of non-discrimination? This PhD project aims to answer this question by conducting interviews and carrying out an analysis of (case) law, literature and social policies.
