Project description

The goal of the project is to evaluate and develop columns for capillary LC. Much increased MS sensitivity can be obtained by cap-LC because of the enhanced ionization efficiency. The decreased thermal mass of capillary columns allows to benefits of high temperature (gradient) LC. The project is aimed at manufacturing high efficiency capillary columns for high resolution LC and for the analysis of complex samples.
