Project description

Our goal is to link expression patterns of S100 DAMPs, important drivers of innate immunity, with their mechanistic role in the pathogenesis of joint inflammation in seronegative arthritis. We will use a translational approach combining a variety of unique tools with valuable human samples and multiple validated mouse models.
