Project description

This application supports a new research strategy to focus isolation campaigns

on rare or fastidious groups of bacteria. A recently acquired colony picker

and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer are central for, resp., the mass isolation and

high-throughput characterization of bacteria. The new equipment will improve

and extend this innovative pipeline with essential tools to allow more

diversified and precise isolation campaigns.
