Project description
 

The incidence and prevalence of valvular heart disease is increasing worldwide treatment for valvular heart disease involves. The replacement of the native valve by a prothesis current commercial prothetic valves are far from idead, a vitae tissue-engineered valve would overcome the drawbacks of the prothetic valves. The objective of this project is to enhance cellular repopulation of biological aortic valve matrices.
