Project description

In this project we will investigate potential ligands of uncharacterized F-box-LRR proteins and their signaling pathway. The selected compounds act through AXR1 but not through known F-box-LRR pathways. Using our experience in studying the jasmonate signaling pathway we will combine omics techniques and well-established molecular and genetic approaches to study the signal transduction pathways they activate.
