Project description
Inflammatory signaling pathways are subjected to tight regulation to avoid chronic inflammation and the development of inflammatory pathology. One of the proteins involved in such regulation is the deubiquitinating enzyme OTULIN. In this project, we aim to investigate the role of OTULIN in central nervous system inflammation and in Alzheimer pathology.
