Project description

In this project we will study the mechanisms leading to a local IgE production in allergic rhinitis and nasal polyposis. The influence of superanitgens on the immune response and the role of polyclonal IgE in the pathofysiology will be investigated. Finally therapeutic strategies to microbial triggers or to local IgE in Nasal polyps will be tested.
