Project description
Carriers are crucial for the efficacy of synthetic RNAs. Therefore, many lipid-based carriers have been developed in recent years. Inherently, these carriers have several drawbacks, which is why novel cationic polymers were developed. This project aims to comprehensively investigate the efficiency and characteristics of these polymers in combination with different types of RNA, in vitro (cell culture) and in vivo (mice).
