Improvements in cancer therapy have led to a significant increase in survival rate of young female patients who overcome their disease. The purpose of this proposal is to determine both the level and mechanism of the impact of chemotherapy on ovarian tissue in immunodeficient mice to study the individual toxicty of chemotherapeutics.
