This research project wants to study the role of necroptosis in immunogenicity of
apoptotic and necroptotic tumor models as well as its role in spontaneous and
inducible tumor development using transgenic mice. Moreover we want to re-evaluate
existing drugs and discover new drugs for their potential to sensitize/induce
necroptosis.
