Project description

Neglect after stroke is an attention disorder resulting in a failure to detect stimuli in left space. A promising intervention is prism adaptation (PA), in which patients are exposed to optical prisms that displace the visual field. This study aims to gain insight into the most optimal time window to treat neglect and into potential causes of therapy resistance.
