Project description
The overall goal of this project is the gathering of data in order to support a recently filed patent application and to further valorize recently obtained scientific results. This patent protects technology which allows the in vivo accumulation of high amounts of activated carbohydrates. These activated carbohydrates are precursors of a wide variety of specialty carbohydrates.
