Project description
This PhD proposal includes twe research activities: 1) the development of an optimized - long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids and micronutrients enriched - complementary food, and 2) the effect of the consumption of the optimized complementary food on growth and development of infants. The results will provide proof of concept for the development of a food-based complementary food with local foods.
