siRNA hyperpigmentation non-viral carriers

Project description

In this project siRNA molecules, directed against MyoVa exon F isoforms, will be complexed with different non-viral carriers. A physicochemical characterization of these siRNA carrier complexes will be conducted. In addition, a biological evaluation (effect of silencing, toxicity, depth of penetration through the different layers of the skin) of these siRNA carrier complexes will be performed in in vitro cultured primary melanocytes, an ex vivo skin model and finally in vivo in mice.
