Project description
 

This study investigates the practice and effects of personnel evaluation in secondary education, Pupil Guidance Centres and Adult Education Centres. The study analyses which characteristics the personnel evaluations systems have, how different actors perceive the systems and what the effects are of the evaluation. A survey is administered to 90 educational organizations and semi-structured interviews been conducted with relevant actors in 18 educational organizations.
