Project description

The aim of this research proposal is to gain insight in the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on employees, at the individual level as well as at team level. Specifically, we study the underlying processes and factors, explaining the impact of CSR on positive HR-outcomes, such as an increased level of work engagement and job satisfaction and on employee performance.
