Patients with chronic diseases have an exaggerated ventilatory respons to minimal physical exercises. The underlying etiological mechanisms are multifactorial (cardiovascular, pulmonary, muscular, autonomous, neurological or neurohumoral). The proposed test battery will be used to analyse these mechanisms in an non-invasive way and will help us to better understand the pathophysiology of these diseases.
