Project description

The aim of this research is to explore the dynamics underlying relapse and substitute addictions (behavioral rather than drug addictions) in people with substance-related disorders. Here, the appearance, typical forms and the occurrence of substitute addictions are investigated in persons during and after a residential treatment and the perceptions and experiences of care providers and care users regarding this phenomenon.
