It is necessary to have a good view of the underlying challenges and needs experienced regarding inclusive digital transition by the different categories of actors falling within the FPS Economy's area of competence. These include 1/ management of small and medium-sized enterprises; 2/ management of large enterprises; 3/ small self-employed people; and 4/ low-skilled and low-literate consumers. This research project uses a combined approach used of quantitative and qualitative research, being: in-depth interviews with actors from the economic field, being: CEOs of small and medium enterprises, CEOs of large enterprises, Small self-employed, and a quantitative study regarding digital difficulties among low-literate consumers.
