Project description

In this project, the drug release process of sustained-release dosage forms will be in-situ monitored by dynamic visualization based on 4D-μCT. To achieve this, new developments in dynamic highresolution X-ray tomography (4D-μCT) will be made for both image acquisition and processing. This knowledge gained will enable to optimize drug formulations and their manufacturing process.
