Project description
The goal of the Q-COMIRSE project is the demonstration of reliable IR sensors/imagers, active at 1400 nm and for use in the consumer market. To this end, a photodiode (PD) based on a photoactive layer of InAs quantum dots (QDs) is integrated on top of a silicon readout circuit.
