therapeutics cloning nuclear transfer embryo

Project description

The objective of therapeutic cloning is to treat patients through transplantation of autologous cells derived from embryonic stem cells isolated from their nuclear transfer embryos. The proposed project aims at optimisation of the human somatic cell nuclear transfer process by eg. Different culture conditions, different methods of oocyte enucleation, comparing activation agents and finally molecular analysis of the reconstructed cloned embryos.
