Project description

New NMR methods to study supramolecular assemblies will be developed. The approaches will mainly rely on translational diffusion and heteronuclear relaxation measurements. These methods will be applied to an in depth investigation of the antimicrobial cyclic lipodepsipeptides and more specifically to the relation between their self-assembly properties, their monomer and supramolecular structure and their biological activity.
