Project description
The aim of this project is to uncover the historical roots of the anti-GMO movement in Belgium, The Netherlands and France. By using archival sources and oral history, this research explains how in the eighties, a critical community of activists succeeded in mobilizing a vast network opposed to the genetic modification of crops.
