Project description

For EELAB the project will be directed mainly on inverse problems where - either the electromagnetic sources are to be reconstructed, - either the material properties are to be reconstructed, - or the geometric parameters are to be reconstructed based on partial knowledge of the electromagentic fields (known from measurements or computations). Applications for which the development algorithms will be applied an evaluated include mainly: shielding of electromagnetic systems, non-destructive evaluation (NDE) on the basis of magnetic hysteretic behaviour, magnetostriction, magnetic forces and vibrations, optimazation of actuators.
