Project description

Development two-dimensional materials on large spatial resolution that retains high level of process-ability with high charge mobility is the key scientific object of this project. Project will address big challenge of the transition of functionality in two-dimensional semiconductors from nm to cm scale by using atomic layer deposition. Therefore, developed two-dimensional nanocrystals will be integrated into the world’s first WO3-driven ultra-fast switching UV photodetectors.
