Project description

The aim of the research project is the development and validation of the hydrodynamic modelling of the flow of SCC in complex-shaped formworks during the casting process, with or without pumping under pressure. Based on the hydrodynamic modelling, some fundamental desisn models will be developed for the filling process and for the formworks. Furthermore, the flow of SCC through the connection valves will be studied in a fundamental way.
