Project description

The Biostation IMQ monitors longitudinally the cellular dynamics. It is a cell incubator with a built-in microscope (fluorescence/phase contrast, objective 40x and high sensitive CCD camera) allowing video monitoring (without manipulation of culture conditions because of a perfusion system for media/drug refreshment). The Biostation would be a great assistance in the use of multiple cellular models (invasion, migration, proliferation).
