Project description
 

Lack of fishing regulations and insights in larval biology of sailfin grouper at the Galapagos Islands, have contributed to its overexploitation. This project will explore spatial and seasonal patterns of larval dispersal and population connectivity through the application of individual-based biophysical
modeling to attain sustainable population restoration and ensure a future for the local fisheries via a BBN trade off tool.
