Keywords
miRNA gene expression in vitro fertilization embryo

Project description

The involvement of miRNAs in the regulation of the embryonic gene expression will be investigated. The miRNA expression will be determined at different developmental stages and will be compared between in vivo and in vitro embryos. Next, the miRNA expression will be linked to the expression of their target genes and specific miRNAs will be selected for functional analysis.
