Project description

This project aims to improve wound care and management of open wounds in dogs. More objective methods to increase the diagnostic accuracy and evaluate factors contributing to wound healing are explored. In addition, novel wound care products to prevent and treat infected wounds in dogs are tested, as alternatives to systemic antimicrobial therapy.
