Project description

RNA molecules can be exploited both as biomarkers and therapeutic targets in cancer. My lab aims to study cell free RNA's in various human biofluids for biomarker purposes in cancer. On the other hand, we are exploring functions on long non-coding RNAs in cancer and evaluate if these lncRNAs can serve as novel therapeutic targets.
