Project description
IL-1 and TLRs play an important role in the innate immune respons against infection. In this research proejct, we wish to study the role of the recently identified Pellino proteins in IL-1 and TLR induced signalling to NF-kB adn MAPK activation, more specifically at the level of protein ubiquitination and protein-protein interactions with Pellino.
