The major goal of this project is to add on the understanding of the regulation of plant hormone signalling pathways. The specific objectives are to unravel cell type-specific effects of ethylene and GA in shoot growth and to shed light on the role of key factors that drive this process. The analyses will be focussing on photo- and skotomorphogenesis of seedling shoots and their phototropic response.
