Project description

The objective of this project is to enhance our knowledge on the effects of brain tumors and their subsequent treatment. Structural and functional connectome graph analysis will be performed before and after treatment, and network properties will be related to neurocognitive functioning. Alongside, effects of structural interventions will be modeled using a neuroinformatics platform, and compared to actual results.
