Project description
This PhD project investigates the challenges and tensions at the crossroad of children’s procedural human rights and their appellate asylum procedure in Belgium. Through a combination of ethnographic and cocreative methodologies, the project analyses how these challenges and tensions can be understood and overcome before, during and after children’s interaction with the Council for Alien Law Litigation.
