Project description

Invadopodia are organelles specific for cancer cells. It is assumed that invadopodia are involved in cancer cell invasion. In this project, nanobodies will be raised against structural components of invadopodia to investigate the relative contribution of these proteins in the formation, maturation and stability of invadopodia.
