Project description

CYLD plays a key role in immunity and inflammation by negatively regulating NF-κB and JNK signaling pathways, which leads to the activation of pro-inflammatory gene expression. In this project we will study the role of posttranslational modifications of CYLD in TCR stimulated cells.
