Project description
The nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation of equine
oocytes during in vitro culture will be evaluated in order to determine the efficiency of a novel oocyte maturation medium using in vitro and in vivo parameters as end points. Maturation will be assessed in vitro using confocal microscopy after staining of celorgannelles and in vivo based on blastocyst development.
