Ruben De La Cruz is a PhD researcher at the Ghent Institute for International and European Studies (GIES). He researches the political economy of European green industrial policy, studying the policy instruments the European Union employs to strengthen its industrial production of net-zero technologies. His research focuses specifically on the EU’s Important Projects of Common European Interest (IPCEI).
