Description
Flow cytometry is a technique for rapid counting, characterization and final sorting in a flowing liquid (in suspension) possible microscopic particles of cells. The basic flow cytometry infrastructure is available to every Ghent University researcher, SOC researcher and external researchers and enables a high-quality (accurate and reproducible) method of both (pre-analytical) basic analyzes and in-depth innovative immunological analyzes and cell sorting.
